How Sawdust Drying Machine to Work?
Sawdust dryer is composed of rotating cylinder, transmission device, supporting device and shoveling plates, etc. When the wet materials are fed into the rotating cylinder by the belt conveyor or bucket elevator, the hot air furnace supplies hot air to the rotary dryer. With the rotation of drum dryer, the shoveling plates inside the drum walls will fully mix the wet material and hot air, then the moisture will be evaporated by the high temperature of the hot air. Finally, the dried materials are discharged from the discharging hole for further pelletizing.
